Supervisor Bartlett - Approve use of $4,950,000 and reallocate $3,030,000 from 5/24/22 item S96E for a total of $7,980,000 from Fifth District’s discretionary ARPA funding allocation for hospitals and healthcare programs, K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, programs and institutions addressing food insecurity and homelessness, non-profits addressing domestic violence, non-profits supporting marine mammal rescue/rehabilitation, County department program and projects, non-profit organizations and programs supporting veterans, entities, programs and events supporting public safety and emergency services, and unfunded Fifth District projects; make related findings per Government Code Section 26227; and direct County Executive Officer or designee to negotiate and enter into agreements as necessary
