Board's Board of Supervisors Rules of Procedure and Policy to ensure Supervisorial District integrity incorporating Board’s current BCC template rule on nominees residing in their nominating Supervisors’ districts; adopt resolution directing all County resources within Board’s budgetary authority requested, directed or organized by an individual member of the Board to be used or expended within that member’s current Supervisorial district, in accordance with Orange County Ordinance 21-013 unless Supervisor representing district provides written consent; directing Auditor-Controller to withhold payments for any goods or services sought to be procured by, or at the direction of a member of the Board that are not in compliance; for events held inconsistent with adopted Policy regarding Supervisorial District Integrity, direct County Executive Officer and County departments to request location, scheduled date, and identity of any recipients or vendors prior to agendizing that item, sponsorship or community on County Events Calendar for Board approval; events already scheduled and paid for prior to redistricting shall be promoted only under district supervisor’s name or “the County of Orange”
