S51E.   Supervisor Foley - Approve use of additional categories to Second District’s allocation of American Rescue Plan Act discretionary funding previously approved on 6/7/22, Item S28C and 8/23/22, Item S37G for County department programs, equipment and projects, local governments, including parks and library infrastructure, projects and programs; make related findings per Government Code Section 26227; direct County Executive Officer or designee to negotiate and enter into agreements as necessary; and direct Auditor-Controller to make related payments

 

S51F.   Supervisor Do - Approve use and reallocation of $1,000,000 from 7/26/22, Item S22D from First District’s discretionary The American Rescue Plan Act funding for United Way of Orange County to provide smaller, grass roots organizations with operating budgets of less than $500,000 the opportunity to build their infrastructure and capacity and become more sustainable in equity in OC Initiative; make related findings per Government Code Section 26227; and direct County Executive Officer or designee to negotiate and enter into agreements as necessary
