S33F. County Executive Office - Approve amendment 3 to agreement for employment of Frank Kim, County Executive Officer, 8/9/22 – 5/9/25 ($376,000 annual salary with total compensation $590,234 including benefits) - All Districts

S33G. Health Care Agency - Adopt resolution authorizing Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) designation of Anaheim Community Hospital at 3350 West Ball Road, Anaheim, as facility for involuntary detention, evaluation and treatment for total of 92 beds for adults, children and adolescents with mental health disorders, pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code Sections 5150 and 5585 et seq.; and directing Health Care Agency to submit LPS designation to State Department of Health Care Services for approval – District 4
