County Executive Office - Approve grant applications/awards submitted by OC Community     Resources, Sheriff-Coroner, County Executive Office and Health Care Agency, and retroactive grant application/award submitted by Sheriff-Coroner in 7/19/22 grant report and other actions as recommended; approve amendment 2 to grant award agreement with CalOptima for additional program operations location; and authorize Office of Care Coordination Director or designee to execute amendment and all future amendments - All Districts

S29B.  Health Care Agency - Approve contracts MA-042-22011984 with Phoenix House Orange County, Inc. for sobering center services ($2,291,872) and MA-042-22011985 for adult residential drug medi-cal substance use disorder treatment services ($6,541,431), 7/22/22 – 6/30/23; authorize County Procurement Officer or Deputized designee to exercise cost contingency increase not to exceed 10% under certain conditions and execute contracts – District 2

 

S29C. Chairman Chafee - Approve use of amount not to exceed $100,000 from Fourth District allocation of district discretionary funding for Victims’ Relief Fund that supports victims and their families who were impacted by July 11, 2022, shooting at 7-Eleven markets; make related findings per Government Code Section 26227; and direct County Executive Officer or designee to negotiate and enter into agreements as necessary
