37.       Health Care Agency - Relieve Dr. Clayton Chau of County Health Officer role; pursuant to California Health and Safety Code 101000, appoint Dr. Regina Chinsio-Kwong as the County Health Officer, effective 3/11/22; delegate authority to County Executive Office to set salary and terms and conditions of employment; authorize County Executive Officer or designee to report appointment to California Department of Public Health; and create executive position (Class Code 4579E3) in Health Care Agency - All Districts

 

36.       County Executive Office - Approve grant applications/awards submitted by County Executive Office, OC Community Resources, Registrar of Voters and Health Care Agency and ratify grant application/award submitted by John Wayne Airport and retractive grant application/award submitted by Health Care Agency in 3/8/22 grant report and other actions as recommended; adopt resolution authorizing OCCR Director or designee to conduct negotiations, execute and submit any related documents with California Natural Resources Agency for California Cultural and Historical Endowment’s Museum Grant program for Ralph B. Clark Museum Exhibit Enhancement project; and making California Environmental Quality Act and other findings; adopt resolution approving standard agreement AP-2122-22 Amendment 3 with California Department of Aging for Older Americans Act Programs, 7/1/21 - 9/30/24 ($10,636,090); and authorizing OCCR Director or designee to execute amendment and related documents under certain conditions; adopt resolution approving State of California Standard Agreement 21S10107 for Voter’s Choice Act implementation activities ($400,000) and authorizing Registrar of Voters or designee to execute standard agreement, amendments, related documents and make non-monetary and non-material changes under certain conditions - All Districts
