S96E.   Supervisor Bartlett - Approve use of amount not to exceed $5 million from Fifth District allocation of district discretionary funding for programs that support childcare centers, childcare programs, non-profit organizations that support veterans and aid residents experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Fifth District and provide grant monies to local governments and/or non-profits to support development of programs to provide behavioral healthcare, prevent and respond to violence in response to Laguna Woods Church shooting and support community as they rebuild and recover from Coastal Fire; make related findings per Government Code Section 26227; and direct County Executive Officer or designee to negotiate and enter into agreements as necessary
